L.A. story for Likely producer

NY-based indie film producer Likely Story is growing with Mind of Production and Development Stefanie Azpiazu moving to spread out a La office. Company introduced the move Monday. Azpiazu continues to be with Likely Story since its beginning in 2006, formerly dealing with Likely Story Founder Anthony Bregman only at that Is The Fact That and Good Machine. ''With the amount of projects and filmmakers in line with the West Coast growing, there's an absolute interest in a team to become located in La,'' Bregman stated. Likely Story's creating Charlie Kaufman's new film ''Frank or Francis,'' which shoots in Feb Bennett Miller's ''Foxcatcher,'' that is targeted for nov 2012, in addition to new projects by Nicole Holofcener, Jesse Peretz, Lawrence Kasdan. Keith Bunin, Chris Milk and Ann Peacock Likely Story created Stephen Frears latest film ''Lay the favourite,'' Peretz' ''Our Idiot Brother,'' Kasdan's ''Darlining Companion'' and Julian Farino's ''The Oranges.''
